Studdit Review (2024): Is Studdit Legit?

Killer Papers vs. Studdit

Studdit sucks! They send out poorly written, overpriced papers full of grammar and syntax errors.

Studdit employs deceptive pricing strategies by charging extra for native English speakers, while Killer Papers offers transparent and fair pricing. They're also revealed to use fake profiles with phony credentials, in contrast to Killer Papers' team of genuine North American college graduates.

If you use Studdit: Your grades are at risk!

If you want to work with a trustworthy service, check out Killer Papers. Our team is made up of reliable, native English-speaking experts who genuinely care about your success.

Studdit Review (2024): Is Studdit Legit?

Hey, my name is Tom, and I am a writing tutor and editor at Killer Papers, the world's best essay help service. Killer Papers has been around since December 2016, back when there weren’t quite as many essay-help sites as we see today. Now, they seem to be sprouting up like weeds! Of course, not all academic help sites are created equal. How do you know which are reliable and which will stress your busy student life more? This Studdit review will help you a little with this decision. If you’re wondering, “is Studdit legit,” then you’ve come to the right place!

TL/DR: Studdit is NOT legit! They’re a low-quality, foreign essay-help service with insane, jacked-up prices and bottom-of-the-barrel quality. They claim their tutors are US college graduates, but in reality, they are a small operation based in Cyprus. For peace of mind and help from native English-speaking tutors, hit us up over at Killer Papers instead. You can thank me later.

Studdit Website and Social Media

Studdit's website + order form.

To get my research for this Studdit review underway, I started by visiting the website.

It’s really nothing too impressive; it looks a bit childish, maybe, for a service aimed mostly at college students.

What did throw me for a loop was the weird, slightly creepy, disembodied floating hands. What is that about?

Looks a bit Jeffrey Dahmer to me…

As for social media, it basically just does not exist.

They don’t have an Instagram or a Facebook page. Just zip. Nada!

Compare that to Killer Papers, with 130,000 followers on Instagram and thousands of posts with loads of engagement.

You can even DM the owner on IG, and he will personally answer any questions.

Killer Papers: Instagram.

As most essay-help sites do, they have their pricing calculator right at the top of the landing page.

While it looks like the starting price is low at only $13 per page, you’ll probably never actually end up paying that. You’ll notice that for $13, the due date is a couple of weeks away, and of course, once you adjust the grade level and put in a closer due date, the price shoots up.

So you end up with a $29/page paper for an undergraduate-level essay delivered within three days.

Guys, this is NOT cheap!

Pricing calculation for Studdit.

Killer Papers charges around $26/page as a starting price, which is in the “premium” range.

At Killer Papers, for premium prices, you get premium service!

All our tutors are US/Canadian college graduates with English as their native language.

After all, Killer Papers is a Canadian company. We hire people from the United States and Canada.

That’s it - no foreign writers here. PERIOD!

It makes sense that if you offer an academic help service in English, all your tutors and employees would be native English speakers, right?

Well…that is very often not the case with these fly-by-night essay services.

Where is Studdit Based?

Studdit: Contact Us page.

If you click through to Studdit’s “Contact Us” page, you will see that they offer a toll-free number for US callers. But right under that, they list their physical address - in Cyprus

Do you know where that is? It’s OK, go look it up, I’ll wait.

So why, I wonder, is an essay-help service that claims to work with native English speakers from the US, UK, Australia and Canada based in Cyprus?

Or, more importantly, why would college graduates from these countries work for a little essay mill in Cyprus?

The whole thing basically makes no sense at all.

Side note: Cyprus is a small country in the Middle East next to Turkey, Jordan and Oman.

Is this really where you think you should get essay help from?

Studdit explainining their "lifestyle."

While there is very little web content on their site, what you find reads just a little awkwardly, almost like it was written by someone not from one of these first world, English-speaking countries

Little oddities in grammar and syntax are a dead giveaway that the author is not a native English speaker.

The problem with this, when it comes to college essay writing, is not just that the language won’t sound authentic.

Tell me something: what do you know about the language and culture in Cyprus? What is their education system like, and what is it like studying there? What do their professors consider important when writing an essay? What is the student experience like?

To be honest, I don’t know what a tutor from Cyprus (or any other developing country) would know about the US college experience, the culture or the demands of professors.

That is why, when choosing an essay-help service, you want to go with a reputable company based in an English-speaking country. At Killer Papers, all our tutors are US or Canadian college graduates. They either graduated from or are still studying at schools, you know.

They support sports teams you either love or hate and know where you are coming from because they have lived the US student lifestyle.

Are Studdit’s Tutors Native English Speakers?

Studdit's tutors are NOT native English speakers.

Honestly, no, they’re not.

Studdit claims that they have both native and non-native English-speaking tutors. Who, by the way, all apparently have either Master’s degrees or PhD’s.

Do you know what this means? It means they will charge you extra for a native speaker.

And trust me, professors know when your paper was written by someone who is not a native English speaker. The tell-tale signs are easy to pick up on if you literally read tons of papers for a living.

As they offer no writing samples on their site, all I had to go on was their reviews.

And these were a little weird. Something just seemed a bit off.

Fake stats on Studdit's website.

Studdit claims on its site to have hundreds of thousands of students as returning customers.

So, if that’s the case, why do they only have 46 reviews on SiteJabber, all rated five stars? Trustpilot is much the same.

A poor review for Studdit.

Luke? Is that you? Also, “The work turned out pretty good” is not a glowing review.

Notice that it’s the photo of a woman, but a man’s name. This is very clearly a fake review.

You’ll also notice not a single negative review. It's pretty much nothing less than five stars.

We know by now that there are unscrupulous sites that sell positive reviews. A closer look at some reviewers left me with even more questions. Some are clearly from fake profiles

Others appear to be the same people leaving reviews on different sites.

The numbers just don’t add up. I smell a rat.

Studdit Review: Conclusion

To wrap up this Studdit review, let it be known: DON’T waste your money on these guys

They do not indicate on their website who their tutors are other than claiming they are mostly from English-speaking countries. The reviews on SiteJabber and Trustpilot are sketchy, to say the least.

Check us out over at Killer Papers and put in a project request for your next essay, speech, PowerPoint presentation or term paper.

You can chat with a bunch of US college-graduate tutors before you choose one or pay for your paper. You will immediately see the difference in dealing with real US college-educated tutors instead of someone who is (badly) trying to learn English as their second language.

Alright, guys, that is it for my Studdit review. Hit me up at Killer Papers when you need help with any coursework or other assignments. I look forward to working with you!
